Starting therapy can feel nerve-racking and intimidating so I commend you for coming this far.

Knowing thAT feeling all too well, I’ve kept at the heart of sonder the belief that meaningful healing begins with a trusting, authentic relationship. Above all, my priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where YOU feel deeply heard and supported as we work together toward growth, understanding, and lasting change.

I am here to gently guide and support you as you uncover your own insights, build self-awareness, and recognise your inner strengths. Together, we can work to address the challenges that have been holding you back, helping you make meaningful changes and live a life that feels true to your potential.

Our introductory session will be an opportunity for me to get to know you and to develop a greater understanding of what it is you are hoping to achieve from coming to therapy. You are of course welcome to ask any questions you may have about me or the therapeutic process, and hopefully we will set the foundation for our sessions moving forward.

I use an integrative approach to counselling, tailoring sessions to YOUR unique needs and drawing from a wide range of modalities, including person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, gestalt, existentialISM and evidence-based CBT techniques. This flexibility allows me to address the complexities of each individual’s experience.

this way of working combines a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a personalised and holistic experience tailored to you and your needs. As an Integrative Counsellor, I consider your PERSONAL circumstances and any factors that may be influencing your life, shaping my approach to suit you, recognising that every individual is different and what resonates with one person may not work for another.
